Leadership has been the consistent theme of Frank Ball’s career in the public and private sectors. Frank was an infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps for over 20 years. His final assignment was as an instructor and faculty dean of the U.S. Marine Corps Amphibious Warfare School. He spent his second career at the CIA where he was in charge of Management Training and Executive Development.

He is also a former CEO and board member of American Military University, an online source of degreed education for over 30,000 U.S. military personnel. For the past 10 years, Frank has coached leaders in well known organizations in both the public and private sectors.

Frank is a graduate of Davidson College and holds a masters degree in business financial management from George Washington University. He holds a certificate in organizational development from Georgetown University and holds a master certified coach credential from the International Coach Federation. He is currently a faculty co-director of Georgetown’s leadership coaching certificate program.
