Through our group coaching program, we’ve already prepared more than 1,000 high-potential leaders for bigger leadership roles. Based on closing feedback, 93% of participants' colleagues agree that they are 70% more effective as leaders.

Align and connect your team with our Leadership Team 360 Coaching Program. This group program brings the outside-in perspective needed to fast track your team’s success in a constantly changing competitive environment.

This program raises awareness of what’s working for the team and its members and flags the adjustments needed to succeed at the next level. Both the team and its members get the coaching needed to make the changes that matter most.

PROGRAM INCLUDES


  • Next Level 360º survey with confidential coaching debriefs delivered virtually for each team member.

  • Focused development plans that engage colleagues in support of each team member’s development.
  • Orientation webinar and virtual team coaching sessions to align team behaviors with desired results.
