Leveraging the power of assessment, peer-to-peer learning and executive coaching, our Group Coaching program prepares rising leaders to take on bigger roles by identifying and mastering the behaviors needed to succeed at the next level.

Through our Next Level Leadership®, we’ve prepared more than 1,000 high-potential leaders for bigger leadership roles. Based on closing feedback, an average of 93% of participants' colleagues agree that they increase their leadership effectiveness by an average of 73% over the seven month duration of the program.

PROGRAM INCLUDES:

- Next Level 360º leadership assessment for each participant sets the table for a proven development process that leads to measurable improvement.

- Customized individual development plans focused on high leverage leadership behaviors.

- An in-person kick-off followed by six virtual group coaching sessions focused on real world leadership skills and proven best practices for self-management.

- Our online mini-course, How to Get and Be a Great Peer Coach, a robust peer coaching process to drive progress and accountability.

- Multiple touch points including individual coaching, peer coaching, and focused colleague engagement.

- A closing Next Level 360º mini-assessment for each participant that measures progress.

LEADERSHIP HEALTH & RESILIENCE

12 MONTHS | 10-50 PARTICIPANTS

SUSTAIN AND GROW ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH

Coach and support your leadership team and, by extension, your entire organization, through a twelve-month program designed to sustain and grow organizational health, happiness and resilience.

PROGRAM INCLUDES:

- One-day retreat with Scott Eblin to set the foundation of care for self and care for others.

- Coaching on completing a Life GPS® for establishing the routines that lead to health, resilience, and peak performance.

- A robust peer-coach approach to reinforce progress.

- Copies for each participant of Overworked and Overwhelmed: The Mindfulness Alternative.

- Periodic self-assessments to identify opportunities and measure progress.

- Multiple means of support to coach and share lessons learned throughout the organization.

- Monthly coaching online office hours with Scott Eblin.
